INCLUDES:

• 2 prenatal visits to create/review your individualized birth plan, practice comfort measures, and share resources

• 24 hour availability by phone and email 2 weeks before/ after due date

• Continuous uninterrupted labor support

• 2 postpartum visits to assist with newborn care, process your birth experience, and share resources and references for the transition into parenthood
