24 hour availability by phone and email 2 weeks before/ after due date

2 postpartum visits to assist with newborn care, process your birth experience, and share resources and references for the transition into parenthood

Childbirth education tailored to you from the comfort of your home.

1-4 2 hour sessions customized to your individualized needs and interests taught in the comfort of your own home
Presentation of the most current and evidence-based information
Fun and engaging activities that will optimize learning and recall

wow, that is a big picture of my face!
I am a former elementary school teacher turned birth doula and Lamaze certified childbirth educator. I completed my birth doula training at the Simkin Center at Bastyr University in 2017. I am passionate about supporting all people as they journey through pregnancy and parenthood.
I moved from Arizona to Washington 15 years ago but still haven't adjusted to the rain! I have learned to love the outdoors, but I am most happy on roller skates.
*I am fully vaccinated and serve the greater Seattle and Skagit area.
